Welcome to Badminton Match Manager (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period (e.g. 14 days) that provides full access to Pro features without payment. At the end of the trial period, access to certain features may be restricted unless you subscribe to a paid plan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.

1. Description of the Service

Badminton Match Manager is a web application for badminton coaches and clubs to manage players, sessions, and matches. It allows you to create rosters, generate balanced match proposals, record results, and view statistics. The Service may be used in a free tier and a paid “Pro” tier with additional features (e.g. cloud sync, full history).

2. Account and Data

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Data you enter (players, sessions, matches) is stored in association with your account. You may invite a “moderator” who can access the same club data to run sessions; the account owner remains responsible for the account and compliance with these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with its intended use. You must not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or other users’ data, or use it in any way that could harm the Service or others.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Pro features are available by subscription. Payment is processed securely through PayPal and subject to PayPal’s terms and conditions. Subscription fees are billed in the currency and at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel at any time via PayPal. Upon cancellation, access to Pro features continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

We do not store full payment details. All payment information is handled by PayPal.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, algorithms, design, text, graphics, and branding (excluding user-generated data), is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for decisions you make based on match suggestions or statistics.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for any loss of data or revenue. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may change the Service or these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes affecting paid users, we will use reasonable means to notify you (e.g. in-app or by email).

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for other operational or legal reasons. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may retain or delete data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
